• Guests can check-in anytime after 3pm on the day of your arrival. Generally we cannot accommodate an early check-in due to our turnover schedules. If you end up being in the area early and need recommendations for fun things to do just let us know! We are always happy to loop you in when our cleaners finish early as well.

    Check-out is 10am and typically we can’t extend that due to turnover schedules with our cleaners. Give us a call if you have any concerns on this.

  • You may cancel your stay up to 30 days before check-in. After that we will do our best to rebook the dates and refund anything that we do receive. There is a $25 credit card processing fee for all cancelations.

    All reservations are charged in full 30 days before your check-in date. If a reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, the reservation is charged in full at the time of booking.

    All credit card charges display as “Field Guide Whitefish, MT”—our hometown :)

  • We love traveling with pets! With a few exceptions, the majority of our cabins, suites and homes are pet friendly. Please check the individual listing page before you book to make sure that we are able to accommodate your furry friend. Our pet fees are $20 per night per dog. Generally, we only allow 2 dogs per booking, and after the 3rd-night dogs stay free!
